What can I do to treat burst capillaries or rosacea?

It is perfectly possible to treat burst capillaries and rosacea with the L900 square pulse light machine by Yperion.
You should count on some three treatments (quite often, certain capillaries disappear after a single session).
We recommend combining the treatment with an excellent leg lotion from the Baumann range. A resting period of at least two weeks should be respected between treatments.

What can I do to have varicose veins treated?

If you suffer from ‘varix’ we will refer you to a dermatologist who has a capillary laser. It is sometimes necessary to have varicose veins removed surgically. Should this be the case, then we can refer you to a good dermatologist near Antwerp.

How can I have scars removed?

Beleko can treat scars with the SPL technology by Yperion or by means of Microdermabrasion. Microdermabrasion is often the best solution, possibly combined with L900 light flash therapy.
Microdermabrasion often suffices to obtain the required result. We always treat the entire face, and irregularities will reduce. We always expect to obtain serious results in 4 treatments.

How can I have pigment stains removed?

The removal of pigment stains can be done by means of Yperion L900.
We can treat people with skin type 3 / 4 (Mediterranean type) with Yperion. Combination treatments with Microdermabrasion and Acthyderm are also possible.
As soon as after 1 treatment, you will notice a true difference. It also often happens that the stains are gone after a single treatment.
The longer the stains were there, the more persistent they will be.
A maximum of 3 treatments with Yperion, either or not supported by Acthyderm or microdermabrasion, should give the desired result.

To be certain how many sessions you might need, we suggest an appointment to take a closer look at the stains and to hence have a better idea about the required amount of treatments.

Depending on the zones to be treated, the cost of one Yperion session starts at € 45.

MUST: It is important that, 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the treatment, you stay out of the sun as much as possible (sun beds are also a no-go area) or that you apply sun block on the treated zone.
With respect to the future you can prepare your body/face with the liposomes solarium from the Baumann care range.

What is cavitation?

The goal of this treatment is to reduce the number of fat cells, the superfluous fat mass and cellulite. Beleko uses the MediCav appliance by the brand BeautyCav. The MediCav is an appliance with a medical dispositive (this means that it is a very powerful appliance which can only be used in centres working with a treating physician). Our results are exceptional, and already visible after a single treatment.
The required number of treatments depends on the fat mass which needs to be lost. You can lose up to 300 gram pure fat mass per treatment.
95% of all people qualify for this type of treatment.
Per treatment, a surface of 40 square centimetres is worked on. Obviously, this surface can be divided amongst different zones. The average difference measured per treatment usually amounts to 4 cm.
We always start with an inpendantion measurement. This means that we consider your values before we start, to make sure that we can guarantee results.

Why is it necessary to have an inpendation measurement with a MediCAV treatment?

The body contains a certain amount of fat mass, muscle mass, bone mass and water. The cavitation technique uses your extra cellular liquid, or water which is located between fat cells. With this measurement, we discover your precise percentages and we can determine to perfection whether or not you are eligible for the treatment. The inpendation measurement costs € 45,-, this amount will be deducted from the first treatment.

Are there any contra-indications for a treatment with MediCAV?

People who:

• Have a pacemaker,
• Undergo chemo therapy,
• Are epileptic,
• Have a shortage of extra cellular liquid

are not eligible for cavitation .

When you have a metal prosthesis beneath a zone which needs to be treated, the treatment of that zone cannot be completed. All other zones are possible however.

For diabetics or people who have Hypo/Hyperthyroidism, the duration of the treatment can be adapted, possibly increased to the maximum treatment duration of 40 minutes.

Should I pay special attention to something when undergoing a treatment with MediCAV?

What should you pay attention to: it is very important that you drink sufficient water and that you eat fat and sugar-low one day before and two days after the treatment. Drinking alcohol during these three days can have a negative effect on the results. There is no need to stick to any strict diet besides these three days.

The result is permanent. The fat cells which are destroyed, are gone. You should know though that we do not remove all fat cells. So, if you were to eat more than you use for a longer period of time, this stock will still be stored by the body, possibly also on the treated area. But the expansion will occur much more dispersed.

Know what you eat… then the permanent result is self-evident.
